The retreat kicks off in the iconic city of Rio de Janeiro, where beach life, culture, and adventure meet. After settling into Copacabana, you’ll explore world-famous spots like Ipanema and Christ the Redeemer. During the week, we’ll balance remote work with samba classes, food tastings, and group dinners. As the sun sets, expect skill-sharing sessions and local outings that bring the city’s rhythm to life. Before heading to Pipa, we’ll wrap up our time in Rio with a visit to the stunning Sugarloaf Mountain for unforgettable views.
PIPA, Natal
The second part of the retreat takes us to the laid-back beach paradise of Pipa. You'll be working just steps from the ocean—perfect for mid-day dips, açaí breaks, or catching a few waves. After work, join optional activities like a visit to the magical Coca-Cola Lagoon and a sunset sand boarding adventure. With golden beaches, tropical vibes, and your favorite café around the corner, this is all about enjoying the rhythm of coastal Brazil. And yes—expect some Halloween fun along the way!
