If you’ve ever thought: “I’d love to host a group in my city and create something meaningful…” - this might be you.

We’re especially excited to collaborate with people who are from/based in Latin America or who’ve spent enough time in a destination to truly show it from the inside (not just the tourist version).

What we look for:

You don’t need to check every box -but this is what makes someone a great fit:

• Experience in hospitality, travel, retreats, or event coordination (preferred, not required)

• You genuinely enjoy working with diverse groups of people and creating a good group vibe

• You’re into adventure-based travel
  (You don’t need to be a pro hiker - but you do need to enjoy nature + outdoor activities)

• Strong problem-solving + organization (you’re the “we got this” person)

• Calm under pressure and able to adapt when things change

• Great communication + people skills

• Flexibility to travel for 2–3 weeks and join trips in the region.

Please include:

• Portfolio link (photo/video)

• Your style (documentary, cinematic, UGC, editorial, etc.)

• Your proposal + deliverables (edited selects + raw files, timeline, etc.)

• The trip(s) you want to join + your availability

• A quick note on what you understand about Nomatribe (so we know it’s aligned)
