Colombia Caribbean is a 2-week remote work & travel experience in Santa Marta - one of Colombia's most vibrant coastal cities. You'll be based in the historic center, steps from great restaurants, cafés, and local spots, with Tayrona National Park and the mountains of Minca just around the corner.

Expect: sunlit coworking spaces, fresh seafood, cultural depth, and epic outdoor adventures - from sleeping in hammocks at Tayrona to riding motorcycles in Minca - with a tribe that feels like home, wherever you are.

WHERE WE’RE GOING

We'll be based in the historic center of Santa Marta for the full two weeks, within walking distance of great restaurants, cafés, and local spots. Santa Marta preserves a true Caribbean authenticity - you'll experience local vendors, taste fresh seafood, and be surrounded by the everyday rhythm of local life. Nearby beaches are just 10 minutes away by car, and on weekends, we head out for unforgettable adventures.

On the weekends, we'll dive into unforgettable adventures: spend a full day in Minca - riding motorcycles through the mountains, visiting waterfalls, exploring a coffee farm, and watching the most amazing sunsets from above; and head out on an overnight trip to Tayrona National Park, sleeping in hammocks at Cabo San Juan after a 2-hour jungle hike to some of Colombia's most breathtaking beaches.

A day with Nomatribe flows naturally, you choose your rhythm, and the group supports it.
We work, move, explore, and share moments that feel easy and real.

A soft start to the day - maybe a morning walk, a quick workout, café run, or quiet time to ease in.
Work mode. You’ll have access to a designated place to work from plus cafés and rooftops nearby. Everyone’s on their laptop, headphones on, building things, making calls, sending proposals - remote work stays remote work.
Breaks happen naturally - someone suggests fruit, bakery stop, or a sunlight stretch on the patio.
This is where the magic usually happens. Skillshares, local dinners, dance lessons, sunset viewpoints, or wandering a new neighborhood together.

JOIN THE TRIBE 🔗

Yes — you’ll need a part-time or full-time remote job. Our days are built around real work hours, so this keeps the group aligned and everyone able to actually get things done.
The full two weeks of accommodation, a dedicated coworking space with WiFi, all weekend adventures (the Tayrona overnight and the Minca day trip), and community events. Flights, food, and personal spending aren’t included.
A $500 deposit holds your spot. The trip is confirmed once we reach 6 travelers or hit 45 days before departure, whichever comes first. If we don’t reach the minimum, you get a 100% refund.
No — you’re responsible for checking Colombia’s visa requirements and getting international health coverage. We’ve partnered with SafetyWing for nomad insurance if you need a recommendation.
Most tribers join solo. Groups are kept small (10-14 people), so you’ll be part of a tight community from day one, not just on a tour with strangers.
You’ll have a dedicated coworking space in our casa with high-speed WiFi, Monday to Friday, plus cafés and rooftops nearby if you want a change of scenery. Bring a laptop and headphones — everything else is set up for you.
