Panama Caribbean is a 2-week remote work & travel experience in Bocas del Toro, a tropical archipelago known for its turquoise waters, wooden docks, colorful houses, and slow island rhythm. It’s the kind of place where you work barefoot, move slower, and feel lighter.

Expect: coworking with ocean breeze, swims between calls, sunset boat rides, and weekend adventures to hidden beaches and coral reefs - with a group that feels easy, warm, and familiar.

WHERE WE’RE GOING

We’ll be based on Isla Colón, the main island of Bocas del Toro, surrounded by turquoise waters, lush greenery, and vibrant island life. Bocas Town is lively yet walkable, with local cafés, colorful streets, and plenty of spots to relax or grab a fresh bite.

During the weekdays, you’ll focus on remote work - whether from the house, our designated coworking area, or a local café - while afternoons and evenings are for connecting with the tribe, strolling the island, or joining skillshares and community dinners.

On the weekends, we’ll dive into island adventures: snorkel and explore Isla Delfin, relax on the pristine Isla Zapatilla, or join the iconic Filthy Friday island-hopping event. Bocas del Toro offers the perfect balance of productivity, local culture, and tropical fun.

We’ll be staying in Bocas del Toro, in a bright and airy casa just a short walk from the ocean, local cafés, and the island’s vibrant energy. The space features communal areas, outdoor patios, swimming pool and balconies - perfect for working, relaxing, or sharing moments with your tribe.

With Wi-Fi throughout and easy access to nearby beaches and local hotspots, it’s the ideal home base for productivity and island adventures.
