* All-inclusive remote work trip - Accommodation + weekend activities
The remote work trip that blends ancient culture, adventure, and community.

Peru Adventure is a 2-week remote work experience + 4-day Salkantay Trek for remote workers and creatives who crave cultural depth and nature - while keeping their work rhythm. Youโ€™ll live and cowork from Cusco, the heart of the Inca empire and gateway to the Andes.

Expect: productive weekdays, Peruvian cuisine, artisan markets, and golden-hour viewpoints in San Blas - followed by the Salkantay Trek to Machu Picchu, crossing glaciers, lagoons, and cloud forests - with travelers who share your pace, curiosity, and mindset.

WHERE WEโ€™RE GOING

Weโ€™ll be based in Cusco, a historic Andean city rich with Inca heritage, colorful markets, and some of the most celebrated cuisine in Latin America. Surrounded by sacred mountains and valleys, Cusco blends tradition and everyday life seamlessly, offering the perfect home base to balance remote work and cultural immersion.

Youโ€™ll live in a walkable neighborhood close to cafรฉs, local restaurants, viewpoints, cowork-friendly spaces, and artisan shops - making it easy to stay productive during the week while exploring the city at your own pace. After work, weโ€™ll share family dinners, wander through mercados, take golden-hour walks to the miradores, and dive into Peruโ€™s food culture, from Andean cooking traditions to modern fusion dishes.

A cityscape featuring a historic cathedral in a central square with people, surrounded by tightly packed buildings with red tiled roofs and mountains in the background spelling out 'EL PERU' on the hillside.

On the weekends, weโ€™ll explore breathtaking landscapes and cultural treasures: a full-day hike to the Ausangate 7 Lagoons, an ATV adventure through the Sacred Valley to Moray and the Maras salt mines, and a four-day Salkantay Trek to Machu Picchu, crossing glaciers, cloud forests, and high mountain passes - culminating in a sunrise at one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.

A DAY WITH THE TRIBE โ€ฆ

A day with Nomatribe flows naturally, you choose your rhythm, and the group supports it.
We work, move, explore, and share moments that feel easy and real.

  • A soft start to the day - maybe a morning walk, a quick workout, cafรฉ run, or quiet time to ease in.

  • Work mode. Youโ€™ll have access to a designated place to work from plus cafรฉs and rooftops nearby. Everyoneโ€™s on their laptop, headphones on, building things, making calls, sending proposals - remote work stays remote work.

  • Breaks happen naturally - someone suggests fruit, bakery stop, or a sunlight stretch on the patio.

  • This is where the magic usually happens. Skillshares, local dinners, dance lessons, sunset viewpoints, or wandering a new neighborhood together.
