NOMA TRAVELS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in group travel experiences organized and operated by Noma Travels LLC (“Noma Travels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including trips co-created in collaboration with online communities, creators, or organizations (“Trips”).

By booking or participating in a Trip, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Payment & Cancellation Policies, and our Participant Waiver.

ROLE OF NOMA TRAVELS

Noma Travels LLC is the sole organizer, operator, and administrator of all Trips.

Some Trips are co-created with online communities, creators, or hosts who help shape the experience and promote it to their audience. These collaborators act only as promoters or community hosts and:

  • Do not control logistics, payments, refunds, or operations

  • Are not responsible for cancellations, safety decisions, or execution

All final decisions regarding pricing, itineraries, safety, execution, and cancellations remain with Noma Travels.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Trips may include accommodations, transportation, excursions, guides, or other services provided by independent third parties (“Service Providers”).

While Noma Travels carefully selects reputable providers, these Service Providers operate independently and are not under our direct control.

Noma Travels is not responsible for:

  • Acts, omissions, or negligence of Service Providers

  • Service interruptions, changes, or cancellations by third parties

  • Losses, injuries, or damages arising from third-party services

OUR COMMITMENT

We aim to collaborate with reliable Service Providers and deliver thoughtfully designed experiences. If an issue arises with a third-party service, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in addressing the situation, but we do not assume financial responsibility for third-party failures or force majeure events.

BOOKING, PAYMENTS & AUTHORIZATION

All bookings are processed through Noma Travels’ designated booking platforms (e.g., WeTravel).

By booking a Trip, you confirm that:

  • All payments are authorized, intentional, and non-accidental

  • You have reviewed and accepted these Terms

You understand that travel involves inherent risks

Reservation Fee

  • A USD $500 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure a spot

  • The reservation fee is applied toward the total Trip price

  • The reservation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances

PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS

Payment plans may be offered for convenience, but do not modify refund eligibility or payment obligations.

All participants must meet the following deadlines:

  • 3 months before the Trip start date → at least 50% of the total Trip price must be paid

  • 2 months before the Trip start date → 100% of the total Trip price must be paid

Failure to complete payments does not release the participant from payment obligations.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@nomatribe.co

Cancellation Timeline

  • More than 3 months before the Trip start date

    • The reservation fee is non-refundable

    • Additional amounts paid may be partially refundable

  • Between 3 and 2 months before the Trip start date

    • 50% of the total Trip price is non-refundable

    • The reservation fee remains non-refundable

  • Within 2 months of the Trip start date

    • 100% of the total Trip price is non-refundable, whether paid or unpaid

These rules apply regardless of reason, including illness, personal circumstances, visa issues, schedule conflicts, or failure to attend.

No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

NO CHARGEBACKS OR PAYMENT DISPUTES

By booking with Noma Travels, you agree that:

  • You will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for charges that are non-refundable under these policies

  • Attempting to reverse a valid charge may be considered a breach of contract

  • Noma Travels may submit:

    • These Terms & Conditions

    • Signed waivers

    • Booking confirmations

    • Payment records

    • Email communications
      as evidence to payment processors (including Stripe and WeTravel)

Fraudulent disputes may result in recovery actions and administrative fees.

ITINERARY CHANGES & FLEXIBILITY

Noma Travels reserves the right to adjust itineraries, accommodations, activities, or schedules due to:

  • Safety concerns

  • Weather or environmental conditions

  • Operational constraints

  • Force majeure events

Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.

WHO CAN JOIN

Participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Behave respectfully toward other participants, hosts, and Service Providers

  • Comply with local laws and Trip guidelines

Noma Travels reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. Removal will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITY

Participants are responsible for:

  • Valid passports and visas

  • Health and vaccination requirements

  • Travel insurance

  • Compliance with local laws and customs

Failure to meet entry or travel requirements does not entitle participants to a refund.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Travel involves inherent risks. By participating in a Trip, you acknowledge and accept these risks and release Noma Travels LLC from liability for events beyond our reasonable control.

Noma Travels makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding any Trip or services.

MEDIA & CONTENT USE

By participating in a Trip, you grant Noma Travels permission to use photos, videos, testimonials, or other content captured during the Trip for promotional and marketing purposes.

 FORCE MAJEURE

Noma Travels shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

 CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued participation or booking after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

All disputes shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration in Wyoming, except where small-claims court applies. Class actions are not permitted.

ACCEPTANCE

By booking or participating in a Trip, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • Agree to the Payment & Cancellation Policies

  • Accept that these Terms are legally binding
